Rider Levett Bucknall Win UK Government Procurement Contract

International Property and Construction Consultant Rider Levett Bucknall are again amongst the cream of the UK's property consultancies in the recently announced win of a £20 billion four year framework appointment for Government Office.

"Buying Solutions" is the national procurement partner for UK public services and is an executive agency for the Office of Government Commerce.

Its primary function is to maximise value for money for government departments and other public bodies through the procurement of goods and services.

Government Office noted that RLB represent "best commercial value" on the four year framework appointment for Project Management and Full Design Team Services which commenced 17 June 2009.

The framework appointment involves work throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and will enable the RLB consortium to provide a full range of property services to any public body without the need for a formal OJEU procedure. Typical examples of users include: - Central Government, Local Government, URCs, RDAs, Universities, Schools, "Blue Light" organisations, etc.
